About the Firm

We are professionals who apply knowledge of mathematics and economics to solve complex business problems in a variety of industries. For instance, we evaluate the costs of pension, health care and other employee benefit programs and examine their funding requirements to ensure their proper maintenance.

We make projections related to events that affect benefit programs (e.g., inflation, rates of return, and incidence of retirement, death, disability and sickness) to project future costs and funding needs.  We provide extensive problem-solving capabilities through creative thinking and the application of our proprietary systems.

We design and assist in the administration of pension, profit sharing, 401(k), group life, health and disability programs. Additionally, we assist companies in developing non-qualified deferred compensation, stock option purchase and executive compensation and benefit plans.  We are prepared to perform actuarial audits of the operation of defined benefit plans.

We also work with clients on plan design issues and costs, and continuously monitor changes in financial statement requirements. Our benefit design work reflects industry trends, federal and state legislation and revisions in laws and regulations governing Social Security and other public programs.

Our firm's organization allows us to be flexible and responsive to our client's needs.  We provide actuarial services on a very competitive hourly fee basis.
